13.3.2020:As COVID-19 (the coronavirus) continues to impact the global community, I want to personally update you on the steps we have taken to ensure business continuity for all our customers around the world.
Being a cloud-based platform company, you can rest assured that the performance of our Transfluent 24/7-platform will not be impacted. However, you might encounter some delays, as our translators might live in afflected areas and not be abe to work. We try to mitigate all possible delays and make sure your translations are returned in time.
It goes without saying that the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners are paramount. As the situation continues to develop, we have asked our employees to work from home as much as possible, and instructed our translator network to follow WHO health instructions.
Please remember that while the situation will undoubtedly have extraordinary effect on the worldwide economy, business is only business. The most important thing is to take care of each other and follow the directions given by the healthcare officials.
